Up-Coming Decriminalization Ballot Initiatives

The Legalization Progress Map shows whether each state has current active legislation governing psychedelics, in what capacity (research/medical/commercial) as well as specifics on any decriminalization laws that have been passed in the state and what form they are in: reduced fines, law enforcements lowest priority, no jail time or any other rule sets for the states which have partially decriminalized the use or possession of various types of psychedelic chemicals and plants.

Up-coming Ballot Initiatives: The map also indicates whether a state might have a ballot initiative that would decriminalize possession or use of any psychedelic substance or make exceptions for research or medical trials. Clicking on a state will zoom in to more granular information and in many cases will contain the text of ballot initiatives or already passed law.
